Adrienne began her career with Western as a service Technician and brought a wealth of experience and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. With a commitment to responsiveness, professionalism, and building lasting relationships, Adrienne ensures that every client receives top-notch service tailored to their needs. Western soon realized Adrienne would excel in a sales role and therefore she transitioned into a sales representative role in 2024.

Building and maintaining strong business relationships is a cornerstone of Adrienne’s approach, fostering trust and loyalty with clients. Adrienne delivers consistent and reliable assistance to each client and identifies areas of improvement for her charities, striving to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Before joining Western Distributing, Adrienne spent seven years in the beverage industry, specializing in wine, spirits, and craft beer sales. Her experience also includes roles as a bar manager and general manager, where she honed her leadership skills and commitment to excellence.

Adriene shares that she has a big, amazing family with lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her parents are Kevin and Sandra, and her younger sister is Shantelle. Adrienne lives in Fargo with her wonderful son will aged 17 and their crazy lovable Pomeranian named Tank. Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her son’s high school wrestling goals/career, plants, and gardening, target and recreational shooting, woodworking, racetracks with her cousins, concerts, and spending time with friends.
