One Call Phone System
Western Distributing Company implemented a new and easier way for our customers to reach their route technicians to request service. The new system allows for us to better communicate with our customers and to make sure all calls are handled efficiently.
With this system, you can reach the technician that covers your area by dialing their extension or, if your technician is not immediately available you will have the ability to leave a voicemail for them. If you are requiring immediate assistance, you can also choose to be redirected back into a que allowing the system to find another technician. This way you will always have the ability to reach a live person at any hour of the day.
